Why stainless steel?
Stainless steel is a very novel and sustainable material for several reasons. It is very strong, which ensures the durability of the objects and tools we make with them. And when it's useful life ends, it can be recycled an infinite number of times with almost any reduction in it's quality.
Also, stainless steel is not harmful to people or to the environment, either in production or while being used; this is why it is the primary material used in food-processing, household and medical applications.
