A new mindset please!

Often when we think about nature, we think of trees and plants, of animals and insects. We think of forests, jungles, desserts, the sea. We think of vacations, we think of a place you go to. But, why?
Where is the limit between nature and us?
When did we get separated from her?
We most certainly come from her, from the great apes (we still think of them as part of nature, right?), and way before that, from the very first unicellular living organism who inhabited the waters.
What happened then?
We live in cities where there are less trees and much less of other species, but that does not make us any less of one of nature’s creatures, right? We still live on this planet, inside of this magnificent cosmos, which is pretty much her queendom.
We are all part of this inexplicable energy that is hungry for evolution. That is what nature does, she evolves. She keeps what works and improves what doesn’t. And so are we destined to do it too. Softly, kindly and with grace.
That is why we need a new mindset! One that can return us to our context, put us back in perspective. One that remembers how much interconnected we are with our environment.
Everything we give to our environment comes back to us. Of course in a very beautiful, karmatic way, but also in a very specific and tangible way. It comes back to us in the quality of the water we drink, the air we breathe, and the food we eat. We are part of the circle.
So, remember it, embrace it and flow with it.
Let your mind and your heart rest in the warm sensation of being a part of such a loving, generous, magnificent thing and let that knowledge lead your actions. Not like an effort, but like a natural consequence.
Trust your integrity, if the knowledge is already in your mind and in your heart, your action will follow, effortlessly.
Let kindness be the way. Be kind to yourself, to other people, to other beings and also to your environment.
And above all, be patient.
All this is a process.
Evolution, is a process.
